Hello! My name is Cindy. I'm a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Learning Experience, UX•UI, Instructional Designer, and Educator based in Bay Area, California. I help organizations design learning experiences and user-friendly and profitable products.
I combine my knowledge, experience, and skills in education, psychology, and research, with a user-centered design process to develop insights and innovative solutions to product and instructional design challenges.
For the past 10+ years, I have helped companies and educational institutions in the areas of teaching/training, course development, and new product development. For example, I worked with Motor City Bajío to develop its first Mobile App that reduces their client's time and increases their satisfaction when navigating car inventory.
I worked with Clubex and developed learning tools and programs for teachers to help hundreds of children reach their best social, mental, and physical development.
I also worked with Educare and positively impacted 1,000+ educational institutions by conducting user testing and gathering essential data to optimize the user experience (UX) of a learning toolkit developed by one of the largest educational institutions in Queretaro City, Mexico.
When I'm not researching and designing, you'll find me planning my next trip, reconnecting with friends and family, working out, and looking for something new to learn.
